Slow ethernet connection - Intel EtherExpress PRO/100

There is a NFS share mounted, it is also mounted on a few other machines I have
here at the house. The other shares are working at full speed, it's just this
one Ubuntu laptop. I'm just doing a copy -r on some files. I am checking out the
bug provided in the other follow-up, and seeing if unloading the eepro100 driver
solves my problem...
