Who stole the k3b ICEauthoprity FAQ

A few days ago I added a FAQ to get round the problem you get when you
install k3b and run it as root.  Basically it resets the ownership of
.ICEauthoraty to root.  It has now vanished ;( ;( (weep).  Whats going
on?  Is there any way I can get it back?

The reason I noticed this is someone posted a question to ubuntu-users
and this FAQ had the answer - I wanted just to refer them to the FAQ!
