HP OfficeJet and scanning

I have an OfficeJet G95 connected to a supported JetDirect print
server and scanning worked under my old Mandrake installation.
With my new Ubuntu installation, I have installed'hpoj', in fact I
reinstalled it because I wasn't absolutely sure it had been
installed after libsane.

'hpoj' is in the dll.conf file in /etc/sane.d and
libsane-hpoj.so.1 is present (linked to ...so.1.0).

Printing works perfectly.

And, unfortunately, scanimage --list-devices returns that there
are no devices present, and xsane can't find devices!

What am I missing?!?!
