Installation Problems: powerpc, Release Candidate, B&W G3

Oooh. I see. I misunderstood. The closest I've seen to that kind of
issue is probably not related. One of the i386 installs I did booted
fine, did the first half of the install fine, but upon reboot it took
me to a command prompt instead of the second half of the install. I
figured it was a fluke, so I only briefly mentioned it on the list. It
was one of my first installs, so I didn't even notice at the time that
it skipped the second phase of the install.

In my case, I just started over. Same media and everything, and it just worked.
