You might want to have a look at this as well: http://www.fwbuilder.org/ 
(note it is in universe through synaptic if you want to install it)

Also if your interested in a standalone firewall that is easy to 
install/maintain and configure, then have a look at www.ipcop.org that 
is a pretty nice one that can be installed and running in 15 minutes or 
less.
