The way I view that warning is as a disclaimer, saying that they won't
support those packages, as they weren't involved in the creation. It's
highly unlikely that Debian packages will break your system, because
Debian (especially Woody and Sarge) is quite stable. You might have
some issues with the Sid repositories, which nobody guarntees, and
you'll definitely have issues if you're running on Debian experimental.
