After upgrade firefox has reverted and I can't reinstall 1.0PR

I haven't seen any mention of Ubuntu going back to 1.0PR. I *just* did
an update myself and this is the version that Firefox reports:

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20041013
Firefox/0.9.3 (Ubuntu)

Maybe this is what you were hinting at anyway, but perhaps a bug has
been revealed on your system.
