Omg. It is jut a picture of three people, two woman, one man, smiling on each other. Look at the ubuntu sign: three humans taken each others hands. I admit, the wallpaper shows their bodies upper parts naked, but the womens have their arms crossed, so you can't see a shadow of their brests.
Should this be enough to be offended? Not for me. Maybe it is a bit naive, in the spirit of the 70's "war is over - if you want it", but it is completely harmless and friendly.
