hmm.. has anyone thought of the possibility not to used "naked" people but dressing them in some traditional clothes? e.g. an arab in traditional arab clothes, a chinese in traditional chinese clothes, maybe even a zulu in full traditional outfit. i guess this would not offend too many people. :D
