It forces you to accept pictures of real people to be on your monitor
*as defaul* and *as the very first thing that you see*, without even an
obvious and easy way to change the Gnome Splash screen. "Force" just
because it is not opt-in, but opt-out.

If we want to respect cultures and opinions, we need to ship a default
theme that is acceptable in every part of the world.
