Kernel upgrade

I only noticed the problem cos I grabbed the restricted files for for the 
386 kernel and the same problem happened again. Matt or Eric I dont know 
what log or files are needed to help fix the bug what should I post at the 
bugzilla site?
The kernels I have are:
Linux version 2.6.8.1-3-386 -USB doesn't work
Linux version 2.6.8.1-3-686 -USB doesn't work
Linux version 2.6.8.1-2-386 -USB works fine
