How-to create a PDF printer at Ubuntu?

ok. i thought you could do it this way.

- save the webpage to disk
- open the webpage in openoffice.org 
- export to pdf

i just tried it and the pdf looks alright with a pretty complex
webpage. I'm pretty sure there is a commandline application, i know
there is pdf2html but i can't seem to find a html2pdf
