Where to find Kernel-Headers 2.6.8.1-2-386 ?

Hey guys, thanks a lot, worked.
But....
The VMWare installer don't find something:
The path "/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.8.1-3/net" is an existing
directory, but itdoes not contain at least one of these directories
"linux", "asm", "net" as
expected.
what does it means?
