Time for a forum?

Given all the activity on this list isn't it time that the developers and associated braind behind Ubuntu moved alot of whats going on here over to a forum such as the one here http://www.ubuntuforums.org/ or setup their own offical forums.  It would make things a lot easier for those of us who do not want to wade through a bunch of whining posts about the artwork.
