ok, so MS is the first result of a google search for http. I assume this 
has something to do with the fact that Google orders its results based 
on the number of links to a page, of which MS has plenty.

Anyway, in this case, Firefox is doing an "I'm Feeling Lucky" search on 
'http', which is why we end up at MS.com.
