VNC to Windows

The default viewer in Ubunto seems to be the standard VNC viewer. You
may want to try installing the xtightvncviewer package. To do so,
you'll have to edit /etc/apt/sources.list and uncomment the universe
entry, then run apt-get update && apt-get install xtightvncviewer .

Running xtightvncviewer with -encodings tight often helps...
