GUI tool for reconfiguring wireless cards?

two things..

if your using a classic airport card (orinco based) you might want to
build the latest drivers (0.15rc2) which support scanning.

second.. Computer->System Configuration->Networking

you should be able to setup multiple profiles, with that.
