CUPS: not printing

sorry for the new thread (webmail) and lack of details..

It is a network printer, an HP 8100-Laserjet. I have tried hpijs and postscript.

It used to work on slackware, with gnome 2.6, on this same laptop.

What printer do you have?  What driver are you using?  Is it a local
printer or a networked printer?
