GUI tool for reconfiguring wireless cards?

I frequently switch my laptop (a Powerbook running Ubuntu) from one 
WEP-protected wireless network to another, and find it a pain to have 
to keep editing config files and restarting interfaces every time. Is 
there (a) a way to store more than one set of settings for a given 
interface so it just recognizes any stored network, and/or (b) a GUI 
tool I can install for configuring these?
