cannot install Ubuntu on VMWARE4

Hi all;

 

I am trying to install ubuntu on vmware 4.0. The installation is failing
giving some error for packages. I have checked MD5sum and its correct. I
thought I was getting errors because of SCSI emulation of VMWARE but I
am now getting the same errors with IDE of vmware too.

 

Please help.
