"Synaptic Package Manager" - Perhaps a more obvious name?

We deferred changing the menu item until next release, because we'll
have a new tool for managing software installation, etc. However, it
would make sense to choose something more task oriented in the mean
time; I'm a bit worried about making string changes now, however,
because we'll ditch a bunch of translations. Definitely something to
consider - I'll check with the translation team. ;-)
