virtual desktop hotkeys

What I did was go to Computer-Desktop Preferences-Keyboard Shorcuts
and set 'Switch to Desktop 1' to Win+1, 'Switch to Desktop 2' to
Win+2, and so on.
The win key is good for something after all! :)
