Linksys USB nic and installer

I'm just noting this out loud in case other find it useful.  I have a
laptop with no internal nic and so I use a linksys USB nic that the
ubuntu installer didn't detect automatically.  To resolve this, I had
to switch to a second terminal (Alt+F2) and do a "modprobe pegasus". 
Then I switched back to the installer, reran the network setup, and
things were good to go from that point on.
