Some of the software that has licensing issues can be found on the wiki here:

I haven't tested this myself, but I looked around at the repository
mentioned at the bottom of that page
(ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat) and they do have debian packages
for lame. I would assume that following the instructions on the wiki,
while substituting the packages you're looking for, would get them
installed for you.

If you run into any major problems, I'll try the process myself and
see how far I can get. :-)
