That is a Torx screw. If you're in the US, regular Torx drivers are
available at Sears or any good hardware store. There is one different
version I know of called a safety Torx. These have a small dimple (tit)
in the center. A driver for this version is a bit tougher to find,
though I doubt Intel would have used this version.
