IIIMF in Ubuntu?

My organization uses three languages: English, Korean and Russian. I 
would like to know if Ubuntu Project will be supporting IIIMF, which 
would enable us to enter three languages in one environment.

Currently we are using Fedora Core 2 final and FC 3 test2. The user 
interface maybe either English, Korean or Russian, but all GNOME 
programs and OpenOffice.org can switch between English and Russian 
through Ctrl-Shift (can change, of course) and Korean is activated 
through Ctrl-Space.
