Question re Ubuntu Palm Pilot application

I have synchronized my Palm Pilot with Evolution Address Book +
Calendar.  Now trying to sync Expenses, Memo Pad and so forth, but
what GNOME application do I use to view and edit them in?

As example, I have brought my expenses across into a folder on my PC,
but what application do I now use to edit, delete or add entries on my
PC?
