Dynamic MMap ran out of room

Is this is the mmap bug in Woody apt?

I remember getting bitten by this one again and again with every upgrade
from Woody to Sid, all you needed to do was to point old apt to (large)
unstable repositories. Fix was to upgrade apt first, of course.
