Try

  http://cdimage.ubuntulinux.org/releases/4.10/preview/live-i386.iso

But please be aware that this is already pretty out of date. That's
the preview release from September 15th, but we fixed a hell of a lot
of bugs since then. Unfortunately there are no daily built CDs, but
the Release Candidate should appear next Wednesday.
