evolution composer fonts

Hello,
    I can't find any way to change the font used in evolution composer. 
English look ok but when it comes to greek the to font is ugly and 
hardly I figure what I am typing. It is the same font used by default on 
Ubuntu for Window & Desktop decoration (I can't remember its name) and I 
think it should be changed to something like FreeSans, which in great in 
all languages I 've tried.
