NFS--ubuntu server/ubuntu client

I'm running ubuntu on both of these machines... I'm attempting to export a  
directory. I have the nfs-common package installed on both boxes.

I did the following to configure my server:

dean at server ~ $ cat /etc/exports
/net    192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0(rw)


When I try to mount, I get the following error:

dean at dim:~ $ sudo mount 192.168.0.102:/net /mnt/net
Password:
mount: RPC: Program not registered

I have looked around, and it seems that I need mountd and rpcbind? However  
I can't find these programs.

Anyone have any suggestions?
