Hi Leon,

Thanks for the nice step by step intructions. I will try it today when I get back home. I did try to find the script Petrick mentioned but I could not find it. I will look for it more today.

I have one more doubt, While intalling the new kernel, where does it gets the kernel configuration file. Is it created according to my system hardware as the original kernel did during Ubuntu installation?  If that is done by itself than I guess I can go ahead without fear :)
