Yeah, that mode Just Sucks unless you never need to deal with a
Unix-scale directory tree.  It was the bees knees on the old
pre-fattening Macs with up to two floppies.  :-/

Joy.  Nearly the opposite of the meaning in a web browser (where
middle-click is open link in new tab).  Or is everything [in Ubuntu]
except Firefox aligned with this usage?
