I don't boot into Ubuntu on PPC

My system is as follows:

G4 Power mac (sawtooth) with a 1.25Ghz sonnet CPU
two hard drives (80Gb with OSX, and 30gb for linux)
2 Gig of Ram
ATI Radeon 8500 Mac Edition.
