OT: PIMP question

I know the Pimp author is here, and his email addy doesn't appear on his
website (or  can't find it), hence the sorta OT post.

Any chance you can add a feature that preserves the date/time stamp on
the pics rather than changing it to the time the files were copied?

Reply off-list if you'd rather.  I find I like Pimp - it's a handy app!
Good job ... now if you could make a Gimp filter to remove moire I'd be
set :)
