all,

	i can see valid points to both sides of this discussion, though i'll
	always want access to the command line.

	i know this is a ubuntu based list not a bash redmond forum but i
think
	its important that a balance is kept between cmd and gui.

	this adds versatility and forces developers to 'build a better mouse
trap'.

	i know there are certain number of folks on this list who'd like
ubuntu 
	work like winbloze but i think that is a compromise thats not worth
the trade-offs.

Personally, when I try to answer someone's question, I take a guess at
their level of experience based on how they phrase the question,
etc...if someone guess wrong, and give too little information, then just
reply and ask about whichever bit was confusing.
