broken package prevents upgrade

i'm afreaid our mail filters are stripping off the attachemnts,
so mots of the time i see only a filename w/no content, if at all 
possible please use inline.

This is a nasty one. I've got a broken package, samba, this is
preventing me doing a daily upgrade. I don't seem able to fix this.
