Nvidia driver on amd64

Hi Ravi,

I found that the restricted-modules package under ubuntu has unmet
dependencies, but if you install the linux-headers for the kernel you're
running, and download the nvidia drivers from their website, and then
use the nvfix script that was posted in September to this list by Fabio,
it should all work just fine.

A bit round-about, but in the end it works.

I'll post the broken dependencies later...
