Where's 'TOM'? & Tuxracer is dragging his feet.

You need to install the non-free nvidia drivers to get it rocking:
install the package 'linux-restricted-modules-386' pacakge (assuming
that you did not install your own kernel; otherwise use -686 or -k7)
and the package nvidia-glx. Then do
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86
Accept all default answers, but the one which asks for the driver; use
'nvidia' instead of 'nv' there. Then please add a line containing
'nvidia' to /etc/modules. Reboot your system, and you are done.
A fellow (Fabio) is working on a script which does all of this
automatically, so don't be afraid that this will say so complicated
for very long :-)
Can somebody pleeease add this as a FAQ?
