PPC Live CD

Just a quick question. Is there a reason there are no live cd's for
powerpc while there are tons for x86? They're so handy for checking
hardware compatibility and fixing random problems, but I've never seen
one for PPC - Ubuntu distro or otherwise.

I always just assumed it was because there was no demand for it - but
it's obvious on this list that there are a lot of people using Ubuntu
on that platform.

Thoughts? Comments?
