Install KDE? Where do I find the files (and a FAQ :-)

sudo apt-get install k3b
is all you need. On ubuntu (debian) this question is resolved by the
package manager for you.
HOWEVER, please check out bug 2053 before starting k3b, or risk being
unable to login after you've run k3bsetup. You have been warned.
