Duplicate sources in /var/lib/apt/lists/

You probably have both the stock line and the line that also has
"universe" uncommented, just have one with all of them and comment the
other out.
deb http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/ubuntu/ warty main restricted universe
deb-src http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/ubuntu/ warty main
restricted universe
