Many, many people use CafePress for this type of thing. You can upload images
and design your products online, and they do all the creation of the product,
shipping, and all. I have ordered from them indirectly (through third parties,
like Ubuntu would be) several times, and their service is great. No, I'm not
affiliated with them at all. :)

Oh, and I think that stickers are a great idea, and with CafePress, T-shirts
wouldn't cost anything to set up to sell, they could be designed and if sold
Ubuntu would make a profit. If not, no harm. :) 

I'd buy a few stickers for my laptops for sure!

Also, we may want to find out how the Mozilla organization set their stuff up?
