Where to put the WEP key?

Simple enough, put it in /etc/network/interfaces
e.g. auto eth1
iface eth1 inet dhcp
wireless_essid blahblah
wireless_key 69xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx45
wireless_mode infrastructure

I just installed ubuntu. It auto-detected the wifi card, but I'm not
sure where I can put a wep key in. THere doesn't seem to be a place
in gnome's network settings to. Any ideas?
