telnet, rlogin, amd and apt-get.

Hi Folks, 
Can someone tell me which package contains the telnet and rolgin servers?
I'm also looking for amd, so that I can automount some nfs drives. 

As an aside is there a mirror of archive.ubuntu.com anywhere? I'm
having problems downloading index files from there - the download
begins, but then it stalls and I end up timing out... these timeouts
occur over both http and ftp... to date I've only been able to install
off the warty 4.10 CD.
