It would be an interesting gimmick for a few developers, I guess. I
think I can probably claim to install Ubuntu rather more often than most
people, though. :-)
With the current partitioner it's probably more work to change an
existing partitioning scheme than to set up a new one from scratch, so I
think that gimmick would pessimize for those doing a second install
shortly after the first to change partitioning scheme.
