Printing to a remote Cups queue

I have a few questions about sharing the printer on an Ubuntu system for
another Ubuntu system to use:

According to the Wiki at http://tinyurl.com/5kv8m

Is this a correctly edited /etc/cups/cupsd.conf ?

Under
########
######## Network Options
########

#Port 80
#Port 443
-Port 631-
#
-#Listen 127.0.0.1:631-

Under
########
######## Security Options
########

<Location />
Order Deny,Allow
Deny From All
Allow From 127.0.0.1
-Allow From 192.168.*.*-

When setting up the printer on the remote system, what address do I use
if the printer is on 192.168.2.16?

Is it http://192.168.2.16:631 or ipp://192.168.2.16 or what???

Thanks
