Getting a newer version of a Debian from unstable

Hi,

I encountered a problem trying to install PostGrey where ubuntu's
version of libnet-server-perl is less than the version that I need.

 postgrey depends on libnet-server-perl (>= 0.87); however:
  Version of libnet-server-perl on system is 0.85-3.

How do I go about getting the newer version?  I am new to debian.
