Missing /dev/dsp devices in the udev files system.

The devices are 2 Hauppauge WinTV cards which are bt878 chipset based.
These normally registers a /dev/video?, a /dev/radio? and a /dev/dsp?
device - but after the change to udev the /dev/dsp? device files is
not created anymore.
