touchpad problems

tryed using the laptop with battery.. and it doesnt work..
i cant see errors in dmesg ... and dont know why 4 times it works 
perfectly..
tryed to boot without usb mouse plugged, and that was useless
if someone has an idea on what i can do, plz tell
